Starting in the second year, your website hosting and maintenance renewal is JMD $22,000 per year for the Small Business Starter and JMD $23,000 per year for the Medium Business Starter, subject to your agreed package and any requested upgrades. The renewal keeps your website service active and lets us continue providing the agreed hosting and support. Domain and email renewals are recurring costs; we will either include them in your quoted renewal or show them separately so you always know what you are paying for.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, logos, photos, prices and service details.
• Provide access or authorization for domain and business assets when needed.
• Review the website content and approve the site before launch.
• Pay agreed fees by the due dates.
• Make sure supplied content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

Business Terms

• Starting prices apply to the standard website scope. Projects needing substantial custom development, e-commerce, large catalogs, advanced booking systems or other specialized features may cost more.
• The free first-year domain, hosting and email are part of the package and are not cash-refundable line items.
• Your requested domain name must be available for registration. Premium domains or special extensions may need an additional fee.
• Major redesigns or new functionality requested after approval may be quoted separately.
• Annual renewal should be paid before the renewal date to avoid interruption of hosting, domain or related services.
• Third-party providers may change pricing and availability. Any separate external fee will be disclosed to you.

Prices are starting prices. A final quotation will be provided based on your website requirements and the agreed scope of work, and should be confirmed in the final quotation or contract before work begins.
